Okan Gunay (Co-Counsel)
Okan Gunay focuses his practice on healthcare compliance and civil racketeering.
He has extensive experience in commercial and insurance litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Gunay was an associate at one of Florida’s largest firms, Adorno & Yoss.
His clients consisted of major insurance carriers, including State Farm Insurance Company, where he often litigated insurance coverage actions involving property and liability insurance policies.
This background provides first-hand, inside knowledge of insurance company methodologies used against their insureds, and is directly applicable to the healthcare litigation industry.
Furthermore, not only has Mr. Gunay attended hundreds of courtroom hearings, he is also an accomplished trial attorney both as lead advocate and as second chair.
In addition to his legal expertise, Mr. Gunay enjoys writing creatively and is an avid animation hobbyist. His ‘think outside the box’ perspective helps provide his clients with keen, ‘cutting edge’ advocacy much needed in today’s dynamically changing legal world.
